About
Farina Sial founded Stay Ageless Clinic and leads it as founder and lead aesthetic provider. She is a licensed physician assistant with NCCPA certification and a board-certified physician associate (PA-C), and has 26 years of hospital-based experience at Mount Sinai South Nassau, including operating room, critical care and neurosurgery work. Her training includes physician assistant studies at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine, an MBA from Hofstra University, a biochemistry degree from the University of Missouri, and advanced aesthetic training through Empire Medical Training. She speaks English, Urdu and Punjabi.
She focuses on injectables, including neurotoxins, fillers, biostimulators and full face non-surgical lift, and performs all laser treatments at the Plainview clinic, including Candela GentleMax Pro hair removal, Laser Genesis, melasma and pigment work in Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin, and rosacea and bruise treatment. Her regenerative aesthetics work includes PRF, EZ Gel, PDRN and exosomes. She also performs HIFU and RF skin tightening, women's hormone replacement, men's testosterone replacement with HCG and medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss.
She begins each patient with an individual assessment of physiology, history and goals. Before injectables she maps facial anatomy, vascular zones and tissue planes, and before each laser treatment she assesses skin type, condition and target area and calibrates fluence, pulse duration, spot size and cooling. Her specialties include internal medicine and neuroscience.
