Farhad Ardesh, MD, is a facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, California, and is dual board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Known as Beauty Mark MD, he is widely recognized for cosmetic mole removal and a scar-minimizing technique, and he has developed the Molectomy methods. His main procedures are facelifts, rhinoplasty and cosmetic mole removal, and he also offers upper eyelid surgery and facial fat transfer. He earned his medical degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed a head and neck surgery residency at the University of Minnesota, and did a facial plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle. Before entering private practice, he taught as a college professor in head and neck surgery, ophthalmology and dermatology at Loma Linda University. He has worked in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery for more than ten years.
