Evonne Rutz is co-owner and a master artist at C'zar Salon Spa. She co-founded the salon with Debbie Nachreiner and became a business partner in 1988, after joining the business in its early years. She worked in California in 1985 before moving back to Illinois, holds licenses in barbering, cosmetology and teaching obtained in the early to mid-1980s, and has travelled to seek education in hairdressing.
