Eva

Eva is the owner of DevaStyles Hair Restoration Clinic and a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in natural hair care, with a focus on locs, microlocs and interlocking. She has 37 years in the hair industry and works as a TV and film hairstylist and is a member of IATSE Local 484.

Her professional work also includes contributing expertise to fashion and editorial projects and to continuing professional education. She wrote the scalp health guides sold on the Thryvia site, including the seborrheic dermatitis guide.

Her approach is to learn each client's curls and help them keep those curls healthy at home, including teaching clients what to do and avoid for scalp care.
