Eugene Chung is a Master PMU Artist at Blessed Brow. She is a certified and licensed PMU artist who designs natural-looking eyebrows around each client's features.
She was trained under several different academies and continues her education to keep up with new techniques and trends.
Her services include a first microblading session ($499, about 1 hour 30 minutes, using a manual microblade for hair-stroke brows), a first nano brow session ($799, 3 hours, using ultra-fine machine-drawn hair strokes), a first combo brow session ($599, 2 hours), a first ombre powder brow ($649, 2 hours, machine shading), lip blushing as a semi-permanent lip tint ($800, 2 hours), upper eyeliner ($450, 1 hour), lower eyeliner ($300) and a mini Korean glass facial with LHA-La Peel ($150, 30 minutes).
