Estephany

Estephany is the owner and founder of Beauty by Estephany, a permanent makeup and facial business in Beverly, Massachusetts. She is a licensed esthetician in Massachusetts and a licensed body art practitioner, and she works in permanent makeup as a certified permanent makeup artist. Before opening the business, she shared makeup and skin care live streams on Instagram and Facebook.

At the spa she performs facial treatments, chemical peels, microneedling and permanent makeup, along with brow, lash and lip services. She sets the depth of each chemical peel and the number of treatment sessions based on the client's skin and goals. She continues her education to bring current techniques to clients, and her training lets her look at skin from a holistic angle.

Beyond the treatment room, she is a certified educator and ambassador for Circadia and an ambassador and educator for Zemits. She also coaches and mentors estheticians through the EmpowerHer PRO Hub, offering one-on-one advisory sessions and a VIP mentorship program, teaches in-person henna brow and brow dye training courses, and creates digital products for estheticians. Her vision for the business is empowering women through beauty.
