Estela Hernandez owns ELS Aesthetics, which she founded in 2016. She began working in makeup artistry in 2007 and has worked as an esthetician for over 16 years. She has been lashing for over 14 years and holds an Aesthetic License from 2010. She is a licensed medical aesthetician.
Her training includes NOVALASH, through which she is certified as a Lash Artist. She continues to study on an ongoing basis, including skincare. Before opening her own business, she worked in management and training roles in the beauty industry, including lash training.
She offers one-on-one mentoring for lash artists, covering lash skill and the business side of the work, with neutral and empathic feedback. Clients can expect a clean, calm and professional visit.
