About
Ernst von Schwarz serves as Medical Director at Luxbae Wellness, overseeing the medical side of the business. He holds the title Dr. and lists MD, PhD, FESC, FACC and FSCAI after his name, and he is triple board certified in cardiology. A clinical and academic cardiologist, he is also a clinical professor of medicine at UCLA. He came to Cedars Sinai Medical Center and UCLA in 2006 as Professor of Medicine and Director of the Cardiac Device Program. In 2015 he took on leadership roles at Southern California Hospital at Culver City, where he was named Director of Cardiology, head of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory and head of the Heart Institute. He chairs the Pacific Heart Medical Group in Murrieta and has been Medical Director of Heart Stem Inc. since 2016. His published output includes more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, along with books and book chapters on cardiovascular medicine. He has testified as an expert witness in several court cases, appears regularly on television and radio, and speaks at international meetings including those of the AHA, ACC and ESC. He has been a pioneer in stem cell research for three decades, and his work shapes the medical perspective behind Luxbae's approach to skin health, collagen stimulation and long-term rejuvenation.
