Erin Draper

Erin Draper owns Evolve Esthetique and works as its sole esthetician, operating as a solo practitioner. She spent 18 years in esthetics at a traditional day spa in Wilmington before opening her own private practice on the Brandywine River.

Her training includes the Von Lee School of Aesthetics, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2000, and she holds a business degree from Wilmington University. She worked one-on-one with Dr. Donald Kress at Elan Plastic Surgery Center to deepen her understanding of skin regeneration and advanced procedures. Her certifications include Chinese Acupressure for the Face and Facial Mapping from the International Dermal Institute, an Advanced Chemical Peeling certification from Cosmedix, and a Greet The Day Oncology Certification from 2018. She also has microblading training with Daria Chuprys from 2017, manual lymph drainage training from 2020, and facial contour massage and fascia release training from 2019. She continues to train in the sculpting buccal massage technique.

Her work centers on customized facials, waxing and brow services, with a focus on non-invasive treatments for skin repair and rejuvenation. Her menu includes custom facials, chemical peels and microcurrent. She favors the oil method for dermaplaning and combines Eastern and Western European approaches in sculpting buccal massage. Clients guide the work, and she values human connection and building trust through open communication.
