Erin B. Forman

Erin B. Forman owns Lady Lagniappe Aesthetics and works there as an APRN holding FNP-C and FNP-BC credentials. She is double board certified, as a Family Nurse Practitioner and as an Aesthetic Specialist. Her nursing career has spanned 15 years as a registered nurse and 5 years as a nurse practitioner. She started in critical care, including travel assignments across the country, and later worked on staff at the University of California, San Francisco. After qualifying as a Family Nurse Practitioner she moved to Rowlett, Texas. For several years she also ran a non-invasive cardiology clinic in Plano, Texas. Her focus is wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers and medical derma-blading (dermaplaning), offered as non-invasive treatments with a natural approach that considers facial balance. Fillers and neurotoxins are not right for everyone, and clients may begin with other services. She hopes clients feel like family under her care and plans to add more natural services and new techniques, asking clients to share what they would like to see.
