About
Erin Ahern co-created City and Shore Studios with Caitlin Carnahan and works as a stylist at both the North Shore and West Town locations. She began her career in Atlanta, where she spent eight years, and moved to Chicago afterward. She then spent 18 years at a top Chicago salon, training stylists and working with many brides. She opened her own studio about three years ago and has more than 28 years in the salon industry.
Her specialties are cutting, bridal styling and extensions. Clients come to her for complete makeovers, fast touch-ups or a quiet visit just for themselves. She works at North Shore on Tuesdays and Thursdays and at West Town on Wednesdays and Fridays.
