Erika Hopkins

Erika Hopkins is a PA-C working in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center, with over six years in the field. Her work covers lymphatic reconstruction, trauma and wound care, and aesthetic injectables. Early in her career at Cleveland Clinic she contributed to setting up a supra-microsurgery unit centered on lymphatic repair. There she taught visiting physicians and fellows indocyanine green lymphography, a method she uses to diagnose and stage lymphedema. She was the first to show live lymphographic testing at the National Lymphedema Network in 2022. Her cosmetic work developed alongside that unit and grew in 2024 through positions at Cleveland Clinic and a local med spa. She is now at the UH Plastic and Reconstructive Institute, a Level I Trauma Center, where she is building an APP injectable clinic. Her patients include trauma, cancer and chronic wound cases across the Cleveland area, as well as cosmetic clients seeking natural-looking outcomes. Her aesthetic approach weighs anatomy, tissue quality, and how a result will age.
