Erika Hoffman

Erika founded Erika's Beauty Lab and is its owner. She holds a Cosmetology License and is a Certified Laser Specialist, and she started in the industry in 1997. Before moving into clinical and aesthetic treatments, she worked for four years as a laser instructor, teaching laser operation to hundreds of estheticians and skincare professionals in Colorado. She has over five years of experience providing laser treatments.

Her training began with 1500 hours at Hot Springs Beauty College. She later trained at Rocky Mountain Laser College in 2017, covering laser safety, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, IPL and skin rejuvenation. She completed the Advanced Cynosure Laser Education Program through Cynosure Academy in 2022 and 2023. Other training includes 132 hours of advanced permanent makeup training in 2021, chemical peel certification with 24 hours of training in 2018, microdermabrasion certification with 14 hours of training in 2018, and advanced VI Peel training in 2018.

Her focus is laser hair removal, spider vein reduction and sun spot removal. She has treated hundreds of clients across the full range of skin types on the Fitzpatrick scale and tunes her settings to each client's skin type.
