Ericka is the owner and a licensed master stylist with more than 20 years of experience in hair. She trained at cosmetology school, where her instructor was Mrs. Jacobs. Before moving into hair full-time, she worked as a document specialist and manager at IKON Office Solutions and then at Merrill Corp. She left corporate work in 2006 to do hair full-time, and she worked 17 years at Studio Hair 2000. She opened Hair Iz Hair Salon in 2026. She serves clients of all nationalities and hair textures, is highly experienced with all hair types, and enjoys welcoming new clients and treating loyal clients like family.
