Erica is the founder of Sugar & Spice Esthetics. She taught 5th grade math and science before becoming an esthetician and trained at the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy and Skin Care, where she earned her esthetics license.
She built her career at Be Well Holistic Care, where she specialized in acne treatment. She holds certifications as a Face Reality Acne Expert and a Reiki Energy Healer.
Her specialties include acne correction and corrective skincare, including treatments for fine lines. She works as a Sugaring Specialist, offers lash lifts and tints, and serves as a Skin Script Education Ambassador, supporting estheticians through education and mentorship. Orlando Weekly voted her Best Esthetician in 2023 and 2024.
