Erica

Erica is the founder of Wash, which she opened with Jacqui and Richie, and she works as a stylist on the floor. She has spent more than twenty years in the beauty industry. She opened her first salon, Head Rush, in 2007, and later closed it to start a bridal business.

Her training includes color classes with Goldwell, Wella, Redken and Blacklight, plus cutting classes with Ruth Roche and KMS. Updo styling is one of her specialties. She is certified in Babe tape-in, Habit and Invisible bead hair extensions.

Beyond her own work, she mentors stylists as they build their careers and aims to keep the environment for stylists non-competitive, warm and fun. Many of her client relationships have lasted for years, including clients from Head Rush.
