Erica Pfeifer is the independent stylist and owner of Posh Hair Lounge in East Hampstead. She has worked in the hair industry for more than 12 years and specializes in blonding, dimensional color and sew-in weft extensions.
Her training started at Empire Beauty School and continued at Paul Mitchell The School Portsmouth. She also opened Salon Taglio in Kittery, Maine, in 2019.
She sees beautiful hair as closely tied to a guest's confidence and to how the guest feels during the appointment.
