Emma Baxter

Emma Baxter owns Esthi Emma LLC in Folsom, California. She is a licensed esthetician and licensed permanent makeup artist, and holds certifications as both a certified esthetician and a certified permanent makeup artist. She also acquired a license in tattoo artistry in 2017 and is blood borne pathogen certified.

She graduated from Career Beauty Academy in 2012 and trained at Dermal Institute, where she holds a Master Esthetician Certification. She also holds a medical esthetician certification and certifications in microblading, powder brows, permanent eyeliner and lip blushing. She started permanent makeup work in 2017 and introduced microblading brow services after that, and she has over seven years of experience in microblading and permanent makeup.

Her specialties include microblading eyebrows, eyelash enhancement and result-driven facial treatments, as well as microblading and powder permanent makeup brows. She offers a permanent makeup consultation for clients who are not yet sure permanent makeup is right for them. She also works as an educator, offering one-on-one training to aspiring estheticians and permanent makeup artists.
