About
Elmira Dragusanu is the founder of Spa Lashes. She is an award-winning lash artist, educator, and international judge, with over ten years of international lash work.
Her competition record includes first place in the Global Lash Summit Eyelash Extension Mastery contest in Long Beach, California, in 2015, and second place in the Global Lash Summit Volume Contest in London in 2016. She also placed first in the Ukraine Lash Masters Creative Contest in 2017 and took part in the League of Lash Masters Congress in Prague in 2015.
She has judged several lash events, including the International Lash Fest in Bucharest in 2017, the Lash Competition 2017 for the LASH CALENDAR 2018, and The Biggest Eyelash Extension Competition in the World in the USA in 2018. In 2018 she also served as a partner of Beauty Factor Education, Conference and Championship in Florida.
