About
Dr. Ella Fedonenko serves as Medical Director of Your Laser Skin Care. She is a practicing physician who spends most of her working time carrying out and overseeing cosmetic procedures. She is board certified in internal medicine and belongs to the American College of Physicians. After completing a residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in 1998, she trained further in aesthetic medicine procedures, and she has focused on cosmetic dermatology since that residency.
Her Botox treatments aim for a natural, understated result and include preventive treatment. She also offers corrective Botox for work done elsewhere that appears unnatural or uneven. Across several decades she has studied and refined her Botox technique.
Alongside Botox, she uses dermal filler to soften lines and creases in the face, to lessen acne scarring, and to add fullness to the lips. She carries out every cosmetic injection at the practice herself and handles consultations and procedures personally.
