Elizabeth Meyer

Elizabeth Meyer owns Caliper Cosmetics and works there as a permanent makeup artist, tattoo artist and cosmetic injector. Her specialties are permanent makeup, cosmetic injections and tattoos. Her training includes a permanent cosmetics course and certificate from Derma Elite in 2019, and she graduated from Ferris State University. Her certifications include Certified Cosmetic Injector (2024), Permanent Jewelry Welding Certificate (2023), and Advanced Shaded Eyeliner, Lip Blush, Advanced Color Theory and Areola Reconstruction certifications, all from 2020. She is a registered dental hygienist with anesthetics (2005), licensed as a PMU artist in Virginia (2019), and licensed as a PMU and tattoo artist in Texas (2020). She is also licensed in multiple states.
