Elie Tanous

Elie Tanous is the founder and CEO of Elie Tanous Salon, which he owns, and serves as its Artistic Director. He joined the hair industry as a professional in 2008, has more than ten years of experience as a hairstylist, and became a working hairstylist within a short time of starting his career.

He trained with Vidal Sassoon, L'Oreal, Wella, Oribe and Michel et Colette, and holds extension, keratin and Brazilian Blowout certifications. He created the Signature Trampoline Haircut and Style, a bob, and specializes in short-to-long precision cuts and pixies.

His other specialties include sleek to voluminous formal styling, layered cuts with fringes and curtain bangs for all hair types, hand-painted balayage and freehand highlights, and freestyle color, painting and trampoline color. He also works with fantasy custom color and alternative shades, and with reds, gingers, brunettes, blondes and brondes. He works as a bridal and formal traveling stylist.
