Elicia Hawkins

Elicia Hawkins is the independent stylist and owner of E's Natural Locs in Philadelphia, and her website also lists Atlanta. Her specialties include locs, coils, two strand twists, updos, crocheted locs, loc extensions and loc repairs, along with loc attachments, styles, reconstruction repairs and coloring. She works with women, men and children.

She spent nine and a half years with a corporate company before focusing on hair full-time. She had also worked as a social worker and did hair on the side for many years while holding full-time and part-time jobs before choosing to leave other work for the hair business. She works with NFL players, overseas basketball players, rap artists and celebrities, and has been published in ATLVoyage Magazine, CanvasRebel Magazine and Bold Journey Magazine.

She holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice with a concentration in administration, plus certificates she keeps current without naming them. She continually builds new skills and styles for clients, with a focus on consistency and customer service. Her goal is to leave clients feeling relaxed and comfortable, in styles they like.
