Elena Kulik

Elena Kulik is a licensed massage therapist at Smooth Endings with ten years of massage experience. She previously worked at Red Moon Wellness in Park Slope, where she has been recognized as one of the three top therapists for the past eight years. Her deep tissue sessions use slow, deliberate strokes and sustained pressure aimed at the deeper muscle layers. She also practices tui na, which combines rhythmic pressing, kneading, rolling and stretching, along with trigger point work for tight muscles, Thai poultice massage using warm herbal compresses, and myofascial release that applies steady pressure and gentle stretching to the fascia. She offers oncology massage, with precautions adjusted for clients living with cancer or after cancer treatment, and prenatal and postpartum massage with positioning adjusted for each stage. Hot stone massage with smooth, heated stones and cupping are also available, and cupping may leave temporary circular marks. She holds Integral Yoga Institute certification to teach Hatha, prenatal and postpartum yoga, and is currently working toward certification as a Menopause Coach. Appointments with her are available on Wednesdays, 8 AM to 8 PM.
