Elaine

Elaine is the owner stylist at Elaine's Suite Scissors in North Richland Hills. She is a color specialist and offers hair and makeup for wedding parties, special events and photoshoots, working with photographers on those shoots. She trained at the Helene Curtis Institute in England and studied under Barbara Maggie, a Hollywood makeup artist. She taught at Goldwell in the late 1990s and keeps up with continuing education and new hair techniques. She earned numerous awards in stage production in the 1970s and 80s. Her credits include work on the films Pretty Haddie's Baby, Home Alone 2 and Sister Act, contributions to ABC Sports boxing broadcasts, and commercials for 911 and Port of Subs. She has styled hair for Alex Rieger and Dan Dierdorf, and has provided makeup for Nevada governor's galas and large parties.
