Elaina Cartagena founded Legacy House Aesthetics and is a board-certified nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She brings more than ten years of experience in medical aesthetics and has psychiatric mental health training.

Her work centers on advanced injectables, facial rejuvenation, PRP and PRF regenerative treatments, and personalized facial balancing. She is known for pairing an artistic eye with clinical precision when designing treatment plans for natural, balanced results. She also works as an aesthetic educator, training other medical professionals in advanced injectable techniques.
