EJ

EJ is the lead makeup artist at Ombre by EJ, working across bridal, special occasion, editorial and look book makeup. With more than 19 years in the industry, she has done makeup for over 1,000 weddings. Magazine shoots include Vogue Korea, Bazaar China, WestEast, Avenuel, The First and Luire Japan. On the fashion side, she has worked with designers Look Book-Doo-ri Chung, Sang A, OTTO and Grace Sun, and has served as key makeup artist for runway shows by Nike, Celine, Levi's, Puma, Chanel, Giorgio Armani, Loewe, GUESS, A I X, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton. She also worked on a preview show in Shanghai by Andre Kim and a fashion show in North Korea by Shinwon. From 2016 to 2022, she did makeup for Peach and Lily photo shoots and for its CEO. In 2018 and 2019 she was chosen to do makeup for the Korean first lady, Jung sook-Kim. Television and film work covers MTV, the Korean series On Style and several small films shot in New York City and Korea.
