E. John Serrão, MD

E. John Serrão is a board-certified gynecologist and the owner physician of Serrão Rejuvenation Center, where he leads the wellness center and the aesthetics team. He completed a medical degree at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in 1984, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at the University of West Florida in 1978, and an OB/GYN residency at Maryland General Hospital from 1985 to 1989, including a rotating internship and chief resident year. The site says he was named Resident of the Year there in 1988 to 1989.

He has served the Orlando area for nearly three decades and has over three decades of experience in traditional hormone replacement therapy. His focus includes menopause management, bioidentical hormone replacement, anti-aging medicine, weight loss and facial rejuvenation. He trained in Sculptra in 2007 with Dr. Danny Vleggaar and Dr. Marta Rendon, completed advanced facial rejuvenation training with Dr. Arthur Swift, and works in Sculptra treatments for facial volume, jawline contouring, cosmetic gynecology and autologous fat transfer. He has also trained surgeons in Silhouette InstaLift with Dr. Richard Goldfarb and is a guest injector and instructor for Bioform Medical (Radiesse).

Dr. Serrão personally performs all Botox injections and all Sculptra procedures, and personally administers cosmetic injectables, laser treatments and skin tightening. He oversees the BHRT and FHRT programs, conducts the initial evaluation for weight loss clients, and decides whether the hCG diet or Zepbound suits each client.
