About
Dustin Dillard owns Urban Shears and works as its stylist, running the business in the Design District of Dallas. He spent over a decade in corporate retail before moving into hair.
He trained in cosmetology at the Aveda Institute in Houston and completed a hair salon apprenticeship in Dallas. His cutting focuses on sculpted cuts, from long layered styles and shorter looks to textured cuts and curls.
His color work aims for a natural feel that grows out easily with little upkeep. He hopes clients leave feeling good about their hair, not just putting up with it.
