Dr. Zeng Zhi

Dr. Zeng Zhi founded Royal Medical Aesthetic Group and the Royal Medical Institute of Reverse Aging. He is a physician-scientist with an MD and a PhD. He is based in Los Angeles, where he keeps up research alongside clinical practice. His focus areas are facial micro-sculpture, facial shaping and stem cell rejuvenation.

His academic path started with a full scholarship for PhD study at the University of Michigan in 1987. He received a PhD in Science from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in 1992. After that he finished a three-year clinical residency. In 1999 he passed the U.S. medical board examination and became a Diplomate of Medicine. Before that, he worked at the University of Michigan as a postdoctoral research fellow and then as a senior scientist, with projects on gene therapy, cell apoptosis and anti-aging research. He has also served as Principal Investigator and as Co-PI on several clinical trials.

His work covers stem cells, exosomes, NMN, NAD+ and autophagy-based protocols within anti-aging medicine. He has written many scientific articles and book chapters, including work published in the journal Cell. He holds several patents and leads a patented biotech company. He speaks at national physician conferences and at advanced training programs for California medical faculties. Patients, including celebrities and socialites, have trusted him around the world.

He designs individual plans covering health, rejuvenation and beauty. Alongside treatment, he encourages diet, exercise, sleep, stress reduction and social connection.
