Dr. Whitney Elsesser

Dr. Whitney Elsesser is a Wellness Specialist and Wellness Provider at About Face, holding a DNP and working as a Certified Nurse Midwife. She has nearly a decade of experience in reproductive and women's health care.

Her focus is women's and men's hormonal health and midlife wellness. She offers hormone evaluations and individualized plans for perimenopause, menopause and other hormone-related changes, and works on hormone optimization, including bioidentical hormone therapy. Her clinical focus includes hormone balance, fatigue, weight changes, sleep, mood and how hormones affect skin health and aging.

She works with clients on hormone levels, inflammation and body composition alongside aesthetic treatments. She uses ShapeScale body scans to show where inflammation appears, recommends GLOW and KLOW peptide blends to some patients, with KLOW suggested for those whose scans show inflammation markers, and talks with most patients about diet, including limiting processed foods and sugar and adding fermented foods.
