Dr. Vitali Azouz

Dr. Vitali Azouz is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Dallas at Azouz Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery, where his father and older brother also work. He is one of three board-certified plastic surgeons at the practice. He graduated from UT Austin with top honors and went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at UT Health Science Center San Antonio. General surgery training came first, at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio. He then trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Cleveland Clinic Florida in Weston, where he also worked with rhinoplasty surgeons on open, closed, preservation, structural and functional approaches.

His practice centers on breast surgery, rhinoplasty, and body contouring with liposuction. Male plastic surgery is a particular interest, and he uses minimally invasive methods for men of all ages, along with high-definition body sculpting liposuction. His general surgery background supports his work in hernia repair and breast reconstruction. He founded HIM Plastic Surgery, a practice dedicated to men.

He has published and presented on gynecomastia, breast surgery, breast explant, liposuction, abdominoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty and facelift surgery. His research examines breast implant removal, laser-assisted plastic surgery and body contouring.

He reviews for the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, follows the current literature, and regularly attends national and regional plastic surgery meetings. He treats patients across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and beyond, and speaks Spanish.
