Dr. Tuere Coulter

Dr. Tuere Coulter is the owner and CEO of Family & Aesthetics Medical Centers and a board-certified family medicine physician. She began her career at Baylor College of Medicine, then joined the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston as faculty, training medical students and residents. She held several positions there, including associate residency program director, before opening the Pearland practice in November 2019.

She earned a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Tennessee State University, graduating magna cum laude, and received her medical doctorate from the University of Tennessee School of Medicine. Her residency was completed at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas, and she completed an obstetric fellowship in Chicago. She practices obstetrics and performs Cesarean sections as a family medicine physician. She was recognized as a Top Doctors in Texas Rising Star for four consecutive years.

Her clinical focus covers preventive care, chronic disease care, obstetric and women's health, men's health, adolescent and pediatric care, and clinic-based procedures. She cares for families from birth through older adulthood. She has provided medical care and community education in Africa and the Middle East, and volunteers as a health resource at health fairs in Galveston and Harris Counties.
