Dr. Tracy Pfeifer

Dr. Tracy Pfeifer is a plastic surgeon with double board certification who offers surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures at offices in Manhattan and the Hamptons. Her certifications come from the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. She earned her medical degree with honors at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, then completed a five-year general surgery residency at New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and plastic surgery training at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at NYU Medical Center. Her fellowship in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery took place at the Institute of Reconstructive Breast Surgery in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her breast work includes augmentation, reduction, lift and revision, among them revision for capsular contracture, implant hardening, displacement, asymmetry, rippling and implant removal. She also performs facial rejuvenation with fillers, Sculptra, and Botox or Dysport, along with body contouring. Her experience includes anatomic shaped silicone and gummy bear implants. She served as a scientific investigator in several FDA breast implant studies and wrote the breast augmentation core teaching curriculum used by plastic surgery residency programs nationwide. She is faculty at the Atlanta Breast Symposium, where she has directed live surgery for 27 years, and was guest faculty at the 2018 Toronto Breast Meeting. She has published in peer-reviewed journals and takes part in more than 10 educational symposia each year. She is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the New York Academy of Medicine, and a Past President and Trustee of the New York Regional Society of Plastic Surgeons.
