Dr. Teresa R Simmons founded Prittylady and speaks as well. She works as a brow and lash artist and as a hair stylist at the Garland location, and she started out working in hair for years. She holds a Ph.D. in cosmetology, is a State Board Certified Master Educator and is a State-Certified PMU Artist. Brows and lashes are the main focus of her current work, and she is open to all client questions, sharing resources when they are needed. She tailors her work to each client's needs and keeps refining her skills.
