Dr. Tatiana Khrom

Dr. Tatiana Khrom practices as a board-certified dermatologist at Khrom Medspa & Wellness, offering the full spread of cosmetic and surgical skin services. Her board certifications from the American Board of Dermatology cover dermatology and micrographic dermatologic surgery, known as Mohs surgery. She also runs a private practice alongside her work at the medspa, and she holds consultations for CoolSculpting and other advanced treatments. Her education started with a dual major in biochemistry and philosophy at New York University, where she graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. At SUNY Downstate School of Medicine she finished first in her class and was invited to Alpha Omega Alpha. She completed a year-long internal medicine internship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, then trained in dermatology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Her fellowship came through the United States Procedural Dermatology Graduate Medical Education program, focused on Mohs surgery, cosmetic surgery, facial reconstruction and advanced laser surgery. She also took a master's-level course in advanced regenerative fat grafting at UMA Academy in Amsterdam. She works as a GAIN trainer for Galderma, instructing other clinicians in injectables including Restylane, Sculptra and Dysport, and serves as a Key Opinion Leader for Promoitalia. Merz Aesthetics named her an Elite Practitioner. She presents nationally, has written several medical textbook chapters and research articles, and is a certified active member of the International Peeling Society. She belongs to the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
