About
Dr. Tarr is a plastic surgeon scheduled to start seeing patients at The Breslow Center for Plastic Surgery in Paramus, New Jersey, in August 2026. His focus areas are advanced breast reconstruction and aesthetic body contouring. He received his MD and PhD together from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, then completed a plastic surgery residency at Northwell Health. He is currently in a reconstructive microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.
