Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie

Dr. Tara Delle Chiaie is a complex face specialist and clinical educator who leads the provider team at Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine in Hampton, New Hampshire. She has been in medicine since 2002, starting as a registered nurse, and has over 20 years of clinical experience. She is a Master Aesthetics Provider and an expert in anti-aging medicine.

She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and her doctoral work focused on adverse event management in aesthetic medicine. She graduated in 2011 from the accelerated program at the University of New Hampshire as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Her work centers on advanced facial aesthetics and complex facial cases, including facial anatomy, facial balancing and dermal fillers. She has treated a diverse clientele.

For concierge patients, she performs physical examinations and orders repeat labs to track progress, and she builds individualized plans that combine western, holistic and functional medicine.
