Dr. Tammy Blevins-Polson

Dr. Tammy Blevins-Polson founded Ageless Vitality Center, where she serves as lead provider over the care team. She holds the DNP and APRN-C credentials and has more than four decades of nursing and healthcare work, which started with her service in the United States Air Force. Her nursing education began at Raymond Walters College, where she earned an Associate of Science in Nursing. She went on to complete a BSN at the University of Cincinnati, then an MSN in nurse practitioner studies at Indiana Wesleyan University. Her doctoral work was completed at Northern Kentucky University. She has also completed advanced clinical training at institutions in the region.
