About
Dr. Tamir Tawfik, MD, is Medical Director of Hair Restoration at Eternal Hair & Esthetics in Totowa, New Jersey, and leads the clinic's hair restoration division. He performs FUE, DFI and SmartGraft hair transplants, along with PRP therapy and KeraLase.
He designs restoration plans for the scalp, beard and eyebrows. For beard work he uses DFI, placing each follicle at the angle, direction and depth of natural beard growth, and he provides a personalized beard graft estimate during the free consultation. Hair transplants are done with a proprietary pen-like implanter with a tip under 1mm, which places each follicle individually.
He also oversees every PRP protocol at the clinic.
