Dr. Tali Arviv

Dr. Tali Arviv founded Well Labs+ Medspa, where she serves as medical director and oversees clinical care at the Tampa, Miami and Ocala locations. In 2014 she opened Arviv Medical Aesthetics in Tampa. Before medical school she spent over ten years as a laser technician, including at the Westchase location.

Her academic path began with a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of South Florida, followed by an MD from Ross University and a residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. She holds board certification in internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine. Further credentials include advanced injectable training from the American Academy of Anti-Aging and a liposuction and fat grafting certification issued by the American Association of Aesthetics Medicine and Surgery.

Her clinical practice spans laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, IPL, tattoo removal and vein treatment. She has run laser treatments by hand for over a decade, on PicoWay and CO2RE platforms. Injectable services include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella. She also performs minor surgery such as excision of keloids, skin tags and moles, and offers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. She has trained physicians and healthcare providers in injectable techniques.

Outside the clinic, she serves as medical director of the Beauty and Health Institute and co-founded MedSpa Institute, a Florida-licensed aesthetics school. She founded 360 Surgery Center, a separate plastic surgery practice. Since 2020, her column on medical aesthetics has appeared regularly in Haute Beauty Network. She designs and oversees each treatment plan at all three locations.
