Dr. Tali Arviv, MD

Dr. Tali Arviv, MD, leads Well Labs+ Medspa as its founder and medical director. She writes treatment protocols and provider training for the Tampa, Miami and Ocala sites, shapes treatment plans at the Miami office, and continues to oversee care at Westchase. A career as a laser technician of more than a decade came before medicine, and she has over ten years of experience in laser technology.

Her schooling includes a bachelor's in biology from the University of South Florida, a medical degree from Ross University, and a residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. She holds board certification in internal medicine and completed advanced injectable training at the American Academy of Anti-Aging.

She specializes in aesthetic medicine, with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra and Kybella among her treatments. She has specialized in laser skin resurfacing, laser hair removal, IPL, tattoo removal and vein treatment. She also provides bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and performs minor surgery, including excision of keloids, skin tags and moles.

Beyond the clinic, she serves as Medical Director of the Beauty and Health Institute and co-founded MedSpa Institute, a Florida-licensed aesthetics school. She founded 360 Surgery Center, a separate plastic surgery practice. She has trained many physicians and healthcare providers in injectables. Since 2020, her column on medical aesthetics has appeared regularly in Haute Beauty Network.
