Dr. Syed Amiry

Dr. Syed Amiry, a board certified cosmetic dermatologist, works as an expert injector. He has been performing cosmetic injections for nearly twenty years, offering non-surgical procedures in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC area. His focus is injection technique aimed at facelift-style results without surgery, and he sees men and women who want a fresher, younger appearance. He is an early adopter of CoolSculpting. He oversees medical and cosmetic care across the practice and is affiliated with Reston Hospital in Reston, Virginia.

He holds a BS with honors from Grinnell College in Iowa and a medical degree from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri. His internships were at Pontiac Osteopathic Hospital and Saint Mary's Community Hospital in Michigan, and he was chief resident at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania. He completed a fellowship at Dermatology Associates of San Diego County covering Mohs surgery, laser treatments, liposculpture and other minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, and he holds an AACS-approved cosmetic dermatology fellowship.
