Dr. Swonke

Dr. Swonke is a surgeon at Heights Plastic Surgery in Houston, Texas, practicing as an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgeon (ENT). She graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University and earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB), finishing at the top of her class and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society there. She completed her residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at UTMB, where she received the Paul Brindley Resident Teaching Award and contributed to several peer-reviewed publications. She then completed a one-year fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery through the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Kansas.

Her surgical work includes facelifts and deep plane facelifts, neck lifts, cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty, endoscopic brow lifts, and upper and lower eyelid surgery. She also performs facial fat grafting, surgical and non-surgical facial skin resurfacing, refinement procedures to correct scars and contour irregularities, and facial reconstruction after Mohs or oncologic skin cancer surgery. For non-surgical facial rejuvenation she uses neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative treatments. Consultations are built around listening and patient education, with treatment plans tailored to each person's anatomy and goals.
