Dr. Suzanne Quardt

Dr. Quardt serves as Medical Director of Dr. Q Medical Spa and is a board certified plastic surgeon in California. She founded Dr Q Plastic Surgery and has served as its CEO, leading the practice for roughly two decades. Her cosmetic and breast surgery work spans the same period and includes Mommy Makeovers, body contouring after major weight loss, and complex breast revision procedures. She performs complex breast reconstruction after breast cancer and reconstructive surgery after burns and trauma. She also developed the Q-flap procedure, which uses a patient's own local breast tissue for explant surgery. Her training began with a sub-internship at Columbia University, followed by a general surgery and plastic surgery residency at USC in Los Angeles. During that residency she also trained in general surgery, CT research and plastic and reconstructive surgery at LAC+USC Medical Center. Her later fellowships covered complex reconstructive and burn surgery at Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, and aesthetic surgery at USC/Marina Plastic Surgery with Dr Grant Stevens. She was Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery from 2003 to 2004. She holds a Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers University. She was Co-Medical Director of the Wound Care Center at Eisenhower when it opened, and later Chief of Plastic Surgery at Eisenhower Medical Center in Rancho Mirage. She holds certifications in hyperbaric oxygen therapy and advanced wound care. Her non-invasive services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, sublative radio-frequency and microneedling with RF. The aim is results that look striking yet natural, delivered in a calm, safe setting. She received the Palm Springs Athena Leadership Award for mentorship and community impact. She is a member of ASPS, ASLMS, CSPS and ASAPS, where she remains active. Her work has been featured on E! Networks' reboot of Dr. 90210 and in New Beauty, People and POPSUGAR.
