About
Dr. Susan Schroeder leads Perfect Skin MD and is a board-certified dermatologist, holding Diplomate status with the American Board of Dermatology. She has practiced for more than 25 years across medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. She previously served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she contributed to starting the university's first cosmetic dermatology and cosmeceutical division and taught advanced cosmetic techniques to residents. Her Washington University training in St. Louis covered a medical internship, a dermatology residency, and fellowship in cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Her other schooling includes New York Medical College, Columbia College at Columbia University, and Choate Rosemary Hall. Before medical school she completed an associate degree at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. Her work spans skin cancer checks, acne care, regular skin exams, injectable treatments, laser and energy-based procedures, tumescent liposuction, facial rejuvenation, and face and neck lifts.
