Dr. Susan Geerlings

Dr. Susan Geerlings owns the practice and is a physician who trained in neurology. She graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in 1991, completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Baptist Medical Centers in Birmingham in 1992, and finished a neurology residency at the University of Alabama Hospitals in 1995, where she served as chief neurology resident.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties and the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and she has completed advanced training in injection and thread techniques. Her work covers neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PDO threads, SkinPen and Morpheus8 microneedling, and PRP.

At the start of each treatment she performs a facial assessment and talks through the patient's goals. She takes as much time as needed with each patient, answers questions thoroughly, customizes plans and keeps current through continuing education. She offers filler, Botox and SkinPen work.
