Dr. Stella Desyatnikova

Dr. Stella Desyatnikova, a facial plastic surgeon in Seattle, founded The Stella Center. She is board certified in two fields: Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Membership in the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery rounds out her professional credentials.

She earned a Doctor of Medicine with Honors from the University of Washington. Her otolaryngology residency took place at Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland, and she completed a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Washington. Her published research examines the safety of aesthetic injectable treatments, and she has contributed to medical publications on facial ultrasound. She teaches aesthetic courses and trains fellow practitioners in facial ultrasound across the United States and abroad.

Her clinical work includes facelifts, mini facelifts, eyelid surgery, BOTOX Cosmetic, fillers and laser treatments. She also performs ultrasound-guided procedures, including filler dissolving and management of complications. She treats both women and men for facial procedures.
