Dr. Sean Hill

Sean Hill founded Lone Star Plastic Surgery and practices as a plastic surgeon in Frisco. He holds certification from both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is licensed to practice in Texas. His memberships include The Aesthetic Society, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Rhinoplasty Society and the Dallas Society of Plastic Surgeons.

He earned his medical degree at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, where he also completed a general surgery residency. Plastic surgery training followed at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Parkland Hospital, where Glyn Jones served as his residency mentor. He then completed a facial plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas at Austin. He has nine years of post-graduate training and has served as a lab instructor at the Dallas Rhinoplasty Symposium.

His practice covers plastic surgery of the face, breasts and body, with particular focus on breast augmentation, breast lift, tummy tuck, liposuction, mommy makeover and rhinoplasty. He has performed more than 500 rhinoplasty surgeries, including complex cases. He also offers nonsurgical facial contouring with FaceTite, along with BOTOX Cosmetic, dermal fillers and other nonsurgical treatments.

He has received D Magazine Best Doctor for 2020 and 2021, Best Doctor in Collin County for 2023 through 2026, RealSelf Top Contributor, and Best in DFW from the Dallas Morning News.

Consultations allow ample time, with the patient at the center of the visit. Patients travel to him from Plano, North Dallas and across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, as well as from other states and Canada.
