About
Dr. Scott Welden is the founder and lead physician of Transform MD. Before bringing emergency medicine expertise into medical aesthetics, he worked as an emergency medicine doctor. He is a board-certified physician and serves as the practice's board-certified Medical and Aesthetic Director. He has been part of the Cincinnati community for over 30 years.
He has advanced training in aesthetic medicine and facial anatomy and years of experience in the field. His work includes laser treatments, select surgical techniques and hormone optimization. He administers about 70 percent of treatments at the practice and leads a team of nurse practitioners, nurses and aestheticians.
He monitors hormone levels and progress for hormone therapy clients.
